Ted Maglaris’ prasino restaurant is doubling its locations this year with another two spots expected to open next year. The self-billed eco-friendly restaurant, whose name means “green” in Greek, just opened in St. Charles, Mo., as part of the Streets of St. Charles shopping center. Another Prasino will open in August at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago Rosemont. “My growth plan is to be in 13 states in the next five years,” said Mr. Maglaris, who joined the restaurant industry after a decade in the luxury car business. He’s looking at spots in River North, Austin, Dallas and Tysons Corner, Va. He eventually wants to be in Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Ariz.
